staring out your windowsill
your breath fogging up the glass
but still
and at last
all you feel is that loneliness
a shiver runs down your spine
hearing a voice
thinking to yourself
that is not mine
rainy days
far and few between
bringing sad memories
once the sun shines
all will fade
just the past will remain
far away
in the back of your mind
tears begin to fall
they go unnoticed
for the rain the does its slow fall
the rise of the moon
wont bring fear
for then you won't feel so lonesome
as the dove
flying with wisps
through your hair
upon the nigh'
cool night air
whips across the pane
shifting on the settee
you lean
feeling the cold draft
across the glass
when will this end
you ask yourself
when will the cryptic loneliness end
the blood is flowing through yours veins
you can feel the pain
of the sorrow
needling at your skin
piercing through
without so much as a scream
intaking your breath
you exhale
is the existence
so forlorn
almost gone
on this rainy day loneliness
almost gone
forsaken
you will make it
as the night fades
lying on your mattress
your pillow soaked
from blood and tears
your dream is over
the screaming rests
for another day
of rainy day loneliness
