Nervous Gazing

I can't write this poem for you.
Or to you.
Because words can not say the things I may
To your face.

We stay up for hours, talking about nothing
And to feel comfortably with one,
With me was never quite done.
So, I'm starring at my phone.
Again.

And your jokes, and smiles
Keeps me laughing for hours.
This glow of love I did not know exists,
I found that it stitched little lines
Upon darkened wrists.

And I liked you a lot more than planned.
Paranoid, Do you like me?
I close my eyes, see the light from my cell
Is it a shooting star? To guide my way?
It's there in the bleakness.
I like the heat, the difference between me
And him.

Now I lay here. I just forget the world.
