Summary

this is another poem, not dealing with, but addressing, the feeling that its best if you keep your feelings hidden, that you deal with your problems alone, believing yourself to be protecting others.

Hello? Can you hear me?

Is anyone there?

Please anyone? somebody?

Show me you care.

.

.

I know what you're thinking,

and im sorry i lied,

it was hard to explain,

hard to say why i cried.

.

.

Please, somebody answer,

im scared and alone,

i pushed you away,

tried to cope on my own.

.

.

But now no-one's here,

im alone in this space,

i need someone with me,

im scared of this place.

.

.

My friends tried to help me,

i pushed them away,

and now im alone,

in this place without day.

.

.

I wanted to stop it,

believe me i tried,

but with each lie i told,

one more part of me died.

.

.

you gave me a chance,

i ignored you instead,

please dont blame yourselves,

its my fault im dead.

.

.

Hello? Can you hear me?

is anyone there?

please anyone? somebody?

am i too late to care?
