They are aloud to do dangerous things all around the world. They are called semagers. If Semagers work hard enough they receive points and higher ranks for their successes in morbid and dangerous tasks.  They are able to commit crimes at any given time and instead of being discouraged from these practices, there culture is passed on from family member to family member right through supper time. They control their world through a plastic/electric source telling people exactly what to do. The world is in the Semagers hands.

Semagers thrive on murder and destruction. Going into detail they use many different methods for killing. They like bashing in heads with baseball bats, blowing people up with small handheld bombs, and cutting people up with large machines that have chains on them. There is no end to their murderous rampages unless they get killed. But even then they never completely die they have unlimited lives with the flick of a switch.

People as young as six go flying around racetracks at two hundred miles an hour without a license or any experience. They cause crashes and serious destruction to the other racers involved. Death is inevitable when these Semager children are allowed to drive.

People never trained as warriors are allowed to be heads or of great importance to secretive missions of war. They control these operations with absolutely no knowledge of what is going on. If they fail many will die and they will also loose there life. Unfortunately none of this matters because they can do it all over again with different and less difficult military tasks.
