Digging Digging

Through the Forest

Twigs crunch

Water rushes between my toes

Dull.

But beautiful forest

It surrounds us everyday

You want to clasp on to something

But you’re flowing away.

Far far away

Tears drop from the sky

And you’re wondering why

Why am I here in this

Mysterious forest?

You hunt you kill

To survive

But the heart

Is what we all should keep

Alive

Digging Digging

There is no answer

Just keep digging

The best you can.
