Not seeing your face
Not hearing your voice
Hating my place
Never given a choice
Love far away
Gifted with sight
Destined to play
Uninvited to fight
Care running deep
Scared to the bone
Scars running deep
Feeling lost and alone
Fearing ultimate demise
Praying for the best
Never to remise
Or give into the rest
A touch of your skin
The smile you give
The ultimate sin
Apart yet we live
Lost, alone, and scarred
A notch above loss
Our pasts tangled and marred
I love you no matter the cost
Bonded so deep
Hearts mingled to one
Many bounds and leaps
And a trust never to shun
Souls lost in ecstasy
Through thick and through thin
Please tell me we will always be
With a new life to begin
Heart I hope you feel me there
And remember I touch you so
A passion that no one can tear
Love that will forever go
