I thought i was weak
For the feelings i had
I didn't think i could rise
I thought i'd go mad
I thought i was open
How wrong could i be
I'd closed up my soul
And chose how to be
When i realease it
It consumes all i am
When i refuse it
I stop feeling so bad
I know i can't take it
But it won't go away
I try to confront it
But My will goes astray
I ask for some help
The pain hides inside
But before i can blink
I know its bideing its time
I build up walls round my mind
I let nobody in
I keep trying to hide
The pain thats within
The walls are faultless
Theres no way arround
Until you see its built ladders
And they start to come down
Its pain against will
Myself against me
How can i win
How strong can i be?!
I thought i was weak
Was i so wrong?
I admit at its peak
The pain is too strong
But little by little
I let it all out
I keep it under control
And don't scream nor shout
I pull through the tide
Of everything i've been through
I come out the far side
And it all becomes true
I thought i was weak
But proved myself wrong
Now i know what i am
For all i can be is strong
