So much judgement
Why can't they see
It isn't working
Its not meant to be
It doesn't suit me
I can't change how I think
Its completely illogical
Morale starts to sink
There is no sense
Not a shred of concern
The whole things a mess
Its completely absurd
What if I step up
Take hold of the reins
Try and change
The way it behaves
Make it suit me
Not me suit it
Could it work
Would they submit?!
Its worth a try
I've nothing to lose
Maybe some dignity
But thats not easy to bruise
I will take up the task
Form a plan in my mind
Little by little
Bring that plan into line
Nothing major
A small change at a time
They won't even notice
I will keep the plan mine
Slowly changing
But it feels the same
Coming to life
Becoming easier again
The problems abate
The issues resolve
The whole thing has changed
But no ones been told
When I look back
Its been a huge task
But by keeping on track
Its happened so fast
But wait just a moment
I made a mistake
Its taken forever
And my life is forsake
