Again from some unknown part of my head

Why do you confuse me?
Lead me on with all these lies
Why do you abuse me?
Abuse the kindness i've inside

Why do you treat me so?
Treat me with contempt
Why do you use me so?
And make your use so evident

Why do you feel the need?
Have i really done you wrong
Why do you have this greed?
You give me hope and then you're gone

I try to keep my heart aside
Just try to keep us friends
I enjoy your company and time
But my hearts about to rend

Why do you avoid the question?
Or do you simply fail to see
Why don't you even mention?
This love you get from me

I try to show it clearly
Yes true, i find it hard
But you know me well enough, surely?
To see what lies behind my guard

Why do you ignore this?
Do you fear what lies beyond
Why do you avoid this?
Why do you abscond

Why is it that you leave me?
Brush my feelings aside
Would you just refuse me
Or if i asked, would you abide?

I fear your reaction
Fear the things that you could say
I fear that you'll go
And ask me to stay away

What am I to do?
What am I to say?
Should i ignore this feeling
And wait for it to go away

It isn't that i want to
It's not that i don't care
It's for fear of our friendship
That i make this burden mine to bare

But how will i ever know
If i do not even try
Will i always have regrets
Might i not just say goodbye?

Why should i ignore
What i know in my heart is true?
Why should you abhore me
For asking this of you?

Why would you destroy me
For a question misconstrued
You would not ignore me
If our friendship were so true

But do i take the risk
After all i enjoy your time
Enjoy your company, when we're together
Should i put that on the line?!
