A bit of a more personal poem, but I'm happy to share it

Maybe it just wasn’t meant to be

I’m tired of living in this fantasy

Pretending it’s just you and me

All I do is show you love

All you do is push and shove

Before, you lived in my heart and paid no rent

But now that love is gone and spent

In my life, there was only you

Now all you do is make me blue

Who are you?

You went and changed your way

But you still wanted me to stay

The love died the 27th of May

How does it feel to know

That all you could do is make me feel low?

Now, I’m done playing the “guilt game”

It won’t matter since you’re not the same

I went and bought you gifts

I tried to give you a lift

But in your heart, there was a shift

I only wanted respect and trust

Instead you gave into lust

Against my head, here’s my gun

But you don’t care; that’s all done

Go have fun
