How has my heart become your puppet?
How did this happen to me?
I wore an outer callus o'er my heart
To block out this sort of thing

But I've become a mere toy
It no longer matters how
If your goal's not to hurt me
Then, I pray, put this toy down

You pull the strings of my heart
In hope of making it dance
Even though no where in sight
Is anything near romance

You whisper those beautiful lies
Calling my heart like the Sirens' song
When will you just tell me the truth?
How long will you torment me?  How long?

My heart cries out as it is marred
It's little tears of red
You never notice how I hurt
Will you before I'm dead?

When you go to play games
Just play without doubt
That when you're playing Hearts
You can count me out
