I walk upon a pale-washed beach,

making footprints in the sand,

feeling its fine grains between my toes.

I breathe deep of thick ocean air,

see the gold molten ball melt into the deep blue,

feeling the cold saltwater lick of each beat.

Swish

Swish

Swish

The oceans heart marches on,

through dusk and dawn,

so steadily on.

The breeze brushes my hair around,

throws the taste of salt on my lips.

I pause,

and my eyes are thrown in shadow-

rainbows hide in color.

I blow salty froth

like bubbles,

make water ripples with my toes.

I walk upon a pale-washed beach,

making footprints in the sand,

to the cold salt-water beat.

Swish

Swish

Swish
