He came upon a steed of white
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
To save his fair from her horrid plight
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
Up the mountains
And through the plains
He wouldn't cease till
the beast was slain
This was the oath of the fearless knight
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
The princess cried for her man to come
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
For she sorely missed the morning sun
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
Locked in a tower
All day and night
Cold stone bricks
made up her sight
She wished and prayed her freedom won
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
The beast who kept her was not too kind
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
and thought the princess was his to bind
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
He gobbled up those
who came to her aid
A mountain of bones
is now where he laid
But this day his end he'd surely find
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
The two they fought a vicious fight
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
A show of bloody, brilliant might
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
Swords were swung
And fists were thrown
But the beast could not
Reap what he had sown
The beast was slain at the hands of the knight
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
"Free at last" the princess sighed
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
"With you, noble knight, I wish to ride"
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee
"The prize you sorely seek
Is not for us to wed
But for us to fool around
Deep within your bed"
"I'll give it my all
That much you've earned
And to be quite honest
I too, have yearned"
"To hear the mattress springs cry,
Yeedalee-deedalee-dee"
