What is the price,

How much does it cost?

For the gem that shines so bright

it melts away the frost.

How can I gain her,

What is her fee?

We're already so close

Yet separated by the sea.

I'd cast away all my fortunes,

Without a second glance.

I'd give her my worldly possessions

If she'd only give me a chance.

The distance between us is too vast,

To walk or travel by cars,

But since we live under the same night sky

At least we can share the stars
