Titanoboa Cerrejonensis

\"\"

Birthed in lush primordal jungle

Flicking

tongue tastes prehistoric  air

Sensing

no small mammal  shall it mangle

Crushing

fauna and jungle flora

 Smashing

trees in forest damp and deep

Crashing

weight  of girth and length

Monstrous

hunger, appetite, strength

Remnants

 another age, another time

Fossilised

as thoughts and nightmares

 Dreams

heir apparent of film-maker's

Scenes

engorged now your body

with

silent screams....
