What's the point, to feel aggrieved. When you've been lied to and deceived. Scared to trust, in belief again. Because of your mistrust of men.

To be who and what, i really am. Is not so easily done. It's hidden from most, that look. I am just seen by some.

For those, the them, that i show me. For whom i bare my soul. They fear the unknown. And wonder what's my goal.

The truth is your answer. Nothing kept from your gaze. My life laid bare open. No half truths or haze.

My days, they are so empty now. It's you, you are the cause. Because without you in it. My life has been on pause.

Your ability, to only see. The bits of life you want. And even though i feel dismissed. Of love, you were my font.
