Title Explains it.

I originally wrote this for a school assignment but my teacher really liked it so I thought I would post it.

As I tread the path of sandy rocks
Through the woods that change with time and clocks
Where the vulture perched in a tall tree squawks
A feeling of suspicion overwhelms me

The vines, they hang from trees, so low
And sway with gusts of wind that blow
Flowers rehearse their dance for show
The insects chirp from beneath my feet

I do not know this place I explore
My memories washed away, by the shore
The feeling of suspicion, grows more and more
As I try to determine where my dwelling is

A river runs through, my rocky path
A sparrow takes its morning bath
I follow it to its rapid wrath
The water falls in steady descent

A grizzly I spot across the way
It takes a sip of river spray
I come to understand and begin to stray
I am surrounded simply by nature
