Please take away my dignity,

Please take away my pride.

Take away all that I own,

Until there’s nothing left to hide.

Please use my time in place for yours,

Please exploit my life.

In night, in day; in life, in death,

In sunshine and in strife.

Pin me to your wooden gate,

Trap me ‘till you bore.

Strip away my foundations,

Until I have no more.

I am not the weak one,

I am not the poor.

You’re the on who needs me,

Your hatred, my strength, rushing through the door.

Yes, tear away all shred of hope,

Strike me where the pain hurts most.

I am yours to seize, to have,

To possess, to be a host.

I am yours to water down until no thought remains,

I am yours to strike in fear, with bloodshed in my veins.
