Parting is such sweet sorrow - those were the words of William Shakespeare
If parting is sweet sorrow, Then what is waiting?
The constant pain of constant wait,
The pain of the broken dreams of a young girl waiting for her Romeo,
The pain of realisation that she is not Juliet, she’s not a Capulet,
She’s just a girl.

If parting is sweet sorrow, Then what is longing?
The longing of love,
The longing for your true love to sweep you off your feet,
The longing for your dreams to become reality,
The pain in realising that you are not in a dream.
You are in reality.

If parting is sweet sorrow, Then what is life?
Life is just that - Life,
Life does not always have happy endings,
Life does not always have a purpose,
Life is not a dream,
Life is not a fairytale.

Parting maybe sweet sorrow but waiting, dreaming, longing, life
Those are the pains that linger.
Those are the true sorrows of the world.
