The Seer A Vision Cometh

Glowing hues dancing shadows of the mind
Twisted shapes begin to form
Darkening shades of rustic tone
Reveal a haunted soul

Crimson shrouds in clouds of ice
Echoing notes while music laughs
Smells of cyanide linger there
Melancholy chords begin

Singing swords of bitter strife
Faded parchment cluttered round
Words describe what others feel
Aching void within

Democracy gives birth or so they say
Delusion dies the people pray
War’s Master dance the Waltz of doom
West and East combine

A maiden dressed in chiffon dress
A see through wrap revealing all
Thorns of scarlet grasped in hands
Dripping drops of blood

Crowds devour her laughingly
Fearful shivers rack my soul
Masses move and speak as one
Mists of agony

Glazed eyes show empty shells
The living dead they be
Evil stalks the halls of men
Lost in waves of time

An earthquake shudders swallows all
Wars consume remaining flesh
United world at last hath come
United all in death
