Because when an angel tries, a devil dies. And when a devil rises, an angel dies.

There was once an angel,
Now the devils' queen.
How did she change so much?
All she did was scream.

She screamed so loud that nobody heard,
And hurt so quietly in society's lair.
Anybody would say that she was quite absurd,
But the devil, even the devil, thought it was not so fair.

The devil's queen she is now,
With a heart made of steel.
Her head not bearing any thoughts, but only a brilliant crown,
And heart, it is void of an feel.

The poem was beautiful, but what you wrote in the description was so true. Is what you said in the description a quote or did you come up with it yourself? Either way, I really really like it. I liked the imagery in this one like I do with everything you've written. Nice job!
