Sitting in the dusty corners of my own personal limbo I waited for you, my sweet lover, to arrive, and as I waited I wondered if you missed me like I missed your sweet smell, and taste.
I had licked my dry cracked lips and even then they didn't get miost or soft for a second.
Finally, I heard a niose somewhere off in the darkness, and excited I stood, even when my legs wobbled I began to run to it.
My hopes and energy rose when I realized that the moment waited over many decades for finally came, and so I picked up my speed.
I saw a spark ignite in the distance on what seemed to be the floor ahead.
Even faster I ran to you and let the heavy tears rush out my swollen eye lids.
As I got closer to that light I cried out your name, screamed it out with in seconds.
But I could not help but wonder why I had not seen you yet, or why I had not heard any reply to my shouts.
My joy swirled into uncertainty as I started to wonder if this was my mind playing heinous tricks on me.
Then you appeared right as my doubts started to slow me down.
I became overwhelmed with emotion that made every nerve in my body ache ...I had not felt much since the day I left you.
You fell to your knees, shaking, and saying my name within painful moans as I reached you.
Watching you do this- it was then that I knew you had missed me like I missed you.
