Lay down my sweet prince
let the coffin of roses, vines, and elegance confine you to the tides of the lake
as love drops of sparkles seep into your pores
your dusty uniform making you handsome in all aspects
Those cold, royal, fingertips use to graze apon soft skin like a knife does butter to bread
a lantern full of the sun goddesses flame unseals you to me
showing tender veins shimmer like scales
and soon your fragile mortality will be of immortality
The gentle kisses of death take you as life had brought you
let crystal hearts burn at the calling of your name
your coffin's hinges rusting as it drifts deeper, deeper
there apon the marble steps she stands with tears of unimaginable things beneath the moonlight
Nearly stumbling over centuries of beauty she goes to the coffin's side
the prince opens his eyes to gaze at grace itself
as she drapes her golden sheer over his face to show her compassion
he steps out and follows her into darkness leaving the night, the cript, your old life
