after putting up with the same negative stuff for awhile i got fed up and the pain enclosed all around me until I felt like I was going to explode. I wrote this to myself so I could convince myself that I needed to get away from him. I also write it hoping he would read it and stop treating me that way.

My life has turned off,
I’ve fallen so low
The pain that exceeds me,
is bottled below
So deep in my chest,
that my body will ache,
and shatter among me,
as my bones start to break

I’ve fallen to pieces,
my sobs never cease
The memories are forceful,
and hard to release

Too much destruction,
we've stumbled and crashed
Bleeding before you,
is my body you smashed
