I don't really know what this is focused on, I just got idea when it was really windy and the windchimes next door were singing. :D

The wind dances by
Tickling the chimes
The chimes clink together with a small sigh
As the wind grows stronger, the melody climbs

It sways and sings
Such a beautiful song
Calming the air with gentle dings
Never stopping once all day long

The animals stop
Just to hear the tune
It hangs from a branch on the hilltop
Singing it's melody till the clock strikes noon

It sings words of joy
It comforts and soothes
You can sit back and enjoy
The whisper and call
Of the blowing chimes
