This was something that I just made up as I went along and it just continued to flow

The Stroll

If colors have a feel, then that must be what I'm feeling now. Comfort and togetherness grips my soul as I watch the sun make its departure, the fiery red-orange glow seemingly stops time. The reflection of the pale glossy water such a contrast to the dimming natural light above. I turn my attention to the path, worn down and well travelled. So many feet have paced along its dusty surface throughout the days. Such an ominous presence of peace and calm radiates through me. I forget about the world and all its troubles. But for now it's just me and this incredible place. Leaves on the trees wave and ruffle. Water runs at a quieting speed. Who would have believed that such serenity could be made from such a simple outdoor paradise. I walk along, taking my time and relishing every minute that I am here. Birds soar along, keeping their flight by using invisible air pockets. If only every waking morning could be as luxurious as this. Unfortunately I cannot stay forever, and believe I would if I could. That's why I will save a place in my memory for this stroll.

I hope you don't mind me reading and commenting so much tonight. I am enjoying reading your work. I did not realize there was so much I have not read. I so far like your older work. It is quite good.

Take Care,
Ana

I don't mind at all, Ana. Please comment as much as you want. You are entertaining me and making my night with all the comments. You are causing me to go back and read the older ones myself because I have forgotten what they all are like. I hope you don't mind me taking a night off. I just couldn't come up with a good idea tonight. Besides I am having too much fun responding to you
