Every year, the CMA Music Festival brings over 250,000 fans from all over the world. This year, Holly was able to go to the CMA Fest with her best friends: Emily, Payton, and Avery. The girls were so excited about the four days to come that they could hardly stand it.

Before the CMA Fest started, the girls had big plans. First they were going to sneak into Luke Bryan’s fan club party. They were obsessed with Luke Bryan and were dying to meet him. Since they didn’t have tickets to the party, they had to come up with a clever idea to get in there. Avery was really good with computers, so she made each of them up a fake ticket to get in. Surprisingly, it worked! They were in! Now all they had to do was sit back and enjoy the show. After Luke performed, the girls got to meet him. This was by far the best moment of their lives. Holly was a HUGE Luke Bryan fan, and she was determined to take a piece of him home with her. So, she ripped off his shirt and took off running with it.

After Luke’s fan club party, the girls went downtown to eat and have a good time before the CMT Awards that night. They made it to Bridgestone Arena in time for the red carpet, and were able to see all the stars walk in. Soon after, the girls found their seats and the awards show started. The girls’ seats were right at the stage; they couldn’t believe how close they were. When Luke Bryan performed his hit single, Drunk on You, the girls went absolutely crazy. During this performance, he gave away his guitar to a girl right next to Holly. This made Holly extremely jealous.

The next four days the girls went to the Fan Fair Hall, which was in a large convention center. This was where the stars went for autograph sessions, meet and greets, and special performances. The girls had the opportunity to meet many famous singers, such as Jake Owen, Eric Church, Jason Aldean, and Brantley Gilbert. Emily had a huge crush on Jake Owen and had always wanted a kiss from him. So when she had the opportunity to meet him, she took advantage of it. This took Jake by major surprise, and Emily was escorted away by the security guards.

After the girls were finished with their meet and greets, they walked around to different booths to play games. They played basketball, corn hole, and several other games. The girls really liked playing these games and having a little competition. If they won a game, they received a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or socks. When they were done at the Fan Fair Hall, they went down to the Riverfront Park to relax and watch some singers perform.

Each afternoon, they went to LP Field for a concert. Once again, they had awesome seats right at the stage. They were so excited for each concert to begin. Each night was filled with performances from all of country’s biggest stars. Before and during the concert, the entire stadium was full of energy and excitement. Holly and her friends could not wait for the concert to start and to see their favorite performers.

The girls’ favorite singers were Luke Bryan, Jake Owen, Jason Aldean, and Brantley Gilbert. They all loved their music and loved watching them perform. When Jason Aldean was performing, Payton got up on the stage and started dancing with him. Then she jumped into the crowd and went crowd surfing. Holly and the other girls couldn’t believe that their friend actually did that. Each night was a blast, and they all had so much fun.

After the concerts were over each night, the girls went downtown to party with some friends they made from New York. They all had a great time dancing and listening to some of the bands play in the bar. The girls learned a lot about their New York friends and they all became really close friends.

The trip to the CMA Fest was definitely one that these girls won’t forget. They went to amazing concerts, met great singers, and make some new friends. They also did some crazy things that most people wouldn’t. These girls had the time of their lives in Nashville that week, and hope to go back next year to make even more memories. Holly and her friends will always remember what an awesome time they had at the CMA Fest.
