Ever seen a silhouette of a young woman wandering far in the bare, harvested farm? I got to notice one yesterday on the way to my father’s place. She looked disturbed and disturbing and I tried to guess what was she thinking…

..and it rained last night, with some mild lightning and thunder bringing forth these strange ideas.

Little pieces of Heaven

Time: late evening

Oh I feel so empty and expectant

This is not like me, I am not a country girl

And I am glad, nobody is watching & nobody knows

What a moth I am… eager to meet my injustice!

But moths do know better… that..

You cant reach the paradise without dying

So I die a little everyday

And everyday, a tiny bit of heaven is sent to me..

The first drops of rain reluctantly touch my shivering arms

As if trying to fill the emptiness and then quietly slide down

And I feel so many hours lilting and jostling against my skin,

Intense.. passionate, as they will cut open the gravel skies

Plunge into its verberations,  to draw out an angel’s voice.
