EXT. ACHERON HIGHWAY - MOMENTS LATER

taxi pulls up next to Everyman. The taxi rolls down its
passenger side window, Everyman looks inside and sees the
driver.

BACK TO SCENE.

Everyman points across the street, to the other side of the

Everyman. Everyman reaches into his pocket and gives Charon a

speeding cars suddenly stop. The taxi drives through the
opening in the highway; as soon as they reach the other side,
the highway starts again. Everyman gets out of the taxi and
the taxi speeds away. Everyman travels forward until he sees
a carnival.

EXT. CARNIVAL - EVENING

Everyman approaches the carnival as the sun is setting. He
enters the carnival seeing a variety of carnival rides and
people.
Everyman walks along the carnival, gazing at all the sights.
He passes a Tilt n' Whirl; it seems to never stop and couples
fill its seats, trying to reach for each other but never able
to touch each other. As he walks along he sees food stands
fill with obese men and women. Filth covers them as they eat
slop from the stands. Everyman continues along, til he sees
stands full of carnival games. The shelves of these stands
are lined with fabulous prizes.

People are gathering around these midway games. The game
looks like an ordinary watergun game, but instead of
balloons, it pushing large rocks. There is another stand
facing the opposite direction, also playing the same game.

EXT. CARNIVAL - NIGHT

The night comes quickly and wherever Everyman travels, it
only gets darker. Out of one of the corners, a MAN catches
Everyman's attention. Everyman goes over to where this man is
and greets him. The Man points a way and Everyman nods. The
Man starts to lead down a dark path to a dead end. On the
ground there was a trapdoor. The Man knocks on the door and
it opens, revealing an underground nightclub.

the floor full of dancers. Everyman explores the nightclub.
He soon comes across a pit, people are gathered around it
cheering, and some being pushed in. Everyman approaches the
pit and takes a look inside.

INT. THE PIT - MOMENTS LATER

The pit is full of mud, with people fighting violently in a

it. He pushes his way through the crowds of people trying to
reach for the door.
The closer Everyman gets to the door, it becomes harder for

violent, doing more drugs, and drinking more. Everyman
finally reaches the door and pushes it open.

Everyman pushes through the door and falls in an alleyway. He
is struggling to get on his two feet; pushing everything
