Watering Eyes

I have never seen such sadness

I have never seen indifference

The fear and the sorrow show through

Like the face in the mirror, Looking back at you

I have never felt like running

I have never felt like screaming

As the heartless hero's heard there cattle

Just another days buisness, In there heroic battle

Call on the captain To stop the watering eyes

Bring out the dead men With nothing left inside

Call on the mothers Take them to your fold

Look at them deeply For a glimmer of there soul

I have never felt that fear, I have never felt that pain

To be locked down like an animal

Injustice i can holler

Locked within my cage

I have never seen such sadness

I have never seen indifference

The fear and the sorrow show through

Like the face in the mirror, Looking back at you
