How devastating it is
to be surrounded by girls
who are much more divine
than yourself.

They look ravishing in all
the attire they wear.
They stand out in a crowd,
and they like it.

But you dress in all black
to mask your lovely self
because you don't feel like
you're good enough.

The only things you see, and
the only feelings you feel
are grotesque, and hideous.
It's not okay.

You admire the ones
who deviate from others
but are also content
with themselves.

Oh what you would give
to be breath-takingly
flawless.
Same as the others you see.

Alluring, exquisite,
appealing and ideal.

Why are these standards
so hard to fufill?
