prologue for my latest work in progress :)

This isn’t how I had imagined this place. I had had countless dreams about it. People lining up waiting for their turn to jump. But that’s not how it is. Here, I am alone. Left to think by myself, about whether or not to jump. My freezing toes curled over the edge of the cliff. The ice cold wind blowing up from the water below, causing my long dark hair to fly crazily all over the place. I pushed my body forward ever so slightly, so that my feet were still planted on the edge of the cliff but my body was directly in line with the waves crashing violently over the sharp rocks at the bottom. The strong wind was holding me up. Stopping me from dropping to my death. And that’s when I decided I didn’t want to do this. I wasn’t ready to die. But my thoughts were suddenly cut short as the wind dropped. I didn’t have time to think as within seconds it was too late. It took my brain seconds to comprehend that I was about to be killed. I was falling.

Wow. It's amazing. Very short, but it was excellent. Wonder what made her do this.

haha thank you , this is just the prologue . I have written an estimated nine chapters to continue with this but this is just a sneak peek before I add the rest .
