Don't wait for the winter months to spread your warmth to others, because nobody can take that away from you!

When winter comes

and parades march by,

with horns and drums

the time will fly.

***

Each snowflake’s unique

in a blizzards brew,

but in a snowstorms peak

one is just like you.

***

With different designs

and patterns galore,

they’ve got their own set of signs

for you to deplore.

***

Because you are your own

when you might not belong,

and with a chill to the bone

you can still stand strong.

***

There will be drops and slopes

for you to plow through,

but just keep up your hopes

and nothing will seem blue.

***

A glimmer from a drop

of fear from the rest

will warn many to stop

from staying in winter’s cold nest.

***

You are the glimmer

changing what is written,

and while they are the winter

you’re the heartwarming mittens.
