Happy-ness

Happiness is a wave, rolling onto the shore.

It leaves you yearning for more.

Sometimes it is huge, sometimes it is small.

Sometimes it fells bigger than a mall.

It's all about the things you do,

as well as the things others do to you.

It comes with your family and friends,

but it doesn't always come with fashion trends.

Happiness is when you're feeling joy,

maybe becasue you received a new toy.

Everyone is happy whether you know it or not,

you can be happy even if you are a grumpy pot.

You might be wondering why it's a wave,

and i'll only tell you if you behave.

A wave starts small.

When it gets closer, it will get taller.

It grow and grows,

until it slows.

Then it crashes down,

Just like when we frown.

Then it starts all over again,

and again and again.

I guess you could call it a never-ending wave,

something that never goes away.

Happiness will always be within us,

forever and ever.
