To get started a 30 minute walk a week will help a lot but remember you need to eat good to. Go to a gym on Mondays AFTER work not before because you wil be tired and rushed .if you have children go for a bike ride on Sunday creates great family time.dance it's fun and pumps the heart take vitemans every day ride on they exercise bike every day for 15minutes . Don't go over the top with health but if you do all this you mite not look much different but you'll fell much more engage tic and that means you'll be more fitt and lose wait
