Storms

Hear the roar of thunder,

It's makes many children cower,

In fear, under

Their blanket, without any power. See the lightning strike,

It makes many shiver

With dislike

Just from that tiny sliver

Of light. Hear the rain pound,

On the roof made of tin

You cannot stop the sound

Of the drops heard from within Feel the wind gust

Blowing around trouble

Many people find they must

Start thinking double. Taste the terror

Coursing through your body

Looking in the mirror

Thinking you need somebody See the sun sparkle

Through the clouds above

And hear the singing lark,

Proving

Thus, you've found somebody you love.
