Moonlight casts shadows
in the dark interior
of the marauder of desire.
In the backseat of forever
you`re right next to me
and a thousand miles away,
no words spoken,
warm hands caressing.
A catch in my breath
as your mouth closes
 over the hard cylinder,
silent screams unheeded,
powerless to prevent the outcome
as the hammer slowly falls.
A smile from your bloodshot eyes
slowly closing in goodbye
on the journey to the darkness.
I sit staring for a long moment
then I`m outside, wandering alone
...always wandering.
Looking for whatever it is
that I can`t find-
when everything I want
is right in front of me
in the reality of your
crystal blue eyes.
