Horror Genre, Writing exercise.

Curled up. Tucked away. Whimpering with fear.
Terror licks at my sanity, tasting for the collapse.
Waiting for the weakness in the walls.
My soul screams as Dread tickles it with claws sharpened on the hearts of the innocent and the insane.
Suspicion's wicked cackle echoes in my mind.
Madness and Alarm on the heels of Trepidation, driving her on with whips created from the death of Hope and Heroism.
Anxiety whittles the edges of the walls, working in discordant concert with Terror, while Distress and Doubt erode the foundation of my weary soul as it's courage begins to fail.

Snick.

Skitter.

Wail.

Wednesday Grace

This is absolutely wonderful. Not so long ago I was in a mental hospital wondering about my sanity, and I would have described it something along the lines like this. You are a great writer, Keep it up!
