Salad days, and hazy ways, basking in the sun

Days when youth was on my side

Life was full of fun.

Now darkened skies replace the sun

Rainbowsarerarely seen.

I'm left with only memories

All I can do is dream

And hope that soon, for one more day,

I can return to that world so long ago, of

Salad days, hazy ways, basking in the sun.
