Dis- eased

The thoughts are persistent and will not stop until I tire myself completely. Constant lists of tasks to do and schedules to complete before the day has ended. As of late it has been a circle of regrets.

Feeling low leads to negative thoughts. Thoughts of anger and resentments which remain unresolved and unforgiven. I need to do things differently now. I have mastered the same and the routines which used to calm no longer serve their purpose.
