The overwhelming sensation

Of pure blackness, oh how luxurious the

Setting. How tempting it is to see

The stars overhead in the plains.

The silence is deafening, yet,

Only disturbed by the cricket's opus.

"Life and Death" is too cliché a term

To define the godly details of Midnight's nothingness.

I consider myself lucky to be able to see this

Masterpiece through my grime-ridden window.

It constantly reminds me of one saying:

"What we currently see is not what it can be,

But what it already is.

When things are finished, then possibilities

Cease to exist."

This is why night is so wonderful;

When you look at its completely dark canvas,

When the star go to bed for the next night,

When the night peaks,

Then you see nothing.

And when you observe this phenomenon,

Imagination flows like a bleeding faucet;

But it only works if you give yourself the freedom

To explore.
