Do you dare?

Do you dare to just love again? Do you dare to just trust again?

Open up your heart without that hesitance,

When somebody is knocking at the door, bolting up the locks

Cause you do not want to feel the pain and hurting anymore,

Do you dare to let that drama pass you by? Because you simply don’t identify

Do you dare accept that truth in your life? Cause you’re just living a lie?

Do you dare to just to breathe again? Or even for the first time?

Do you dare to live life without lusting? Do you dare to live life and have nothing?

Do you dare?

Do you dare to just let go of the past and forgive the ones that did harm?

Dare to live it hot and not just lukewarm,

Do you dare to sever ties like your splitting wood? Do you dare to be a fool for truth?

Do you dare to be laughed at and maybe even marked for life?

Do you dare to slay your Isaac for another’s life?

Or do you seem to think that this is all your worth for?

Tell me why do you hide you won’t reveal more?

Is it fear? Is it pride? Is it hurt is it denial?

Why do you stop before you even try?

See in the past it was you and you alone

You let nobody sit upon the throne

But as you stand there and life passed you by

You silently build up the walls of Jericho inside
