A poem about war and its craziness...

The burning sky fills me with grief
Im looking at bodies in disbelief
My friends are lying here and there
Everything right now fills me with fear
Bullets flying left and right
My aching body is trembling with fright
In a matter of seconds things go from bad to worse
I imagine myself in the back of a hearse
"John watch out!" my friend screams, pushing me down
The granade explodes disinigrating a mound
Men are crying like children
What kind of world do we live in
People dying and choppers flying
Bullets flying and grown men crying
An explosion occurs, Knocking down our doors
Many scream, jumping in the air
While I hide in the corner, silent with fear
Many are dying right before my eyes
Even my best guy
I scream out for the lost souls as my body is ripped with holes
I fall in a heap a screen of blood infront of my eyes
War is the leading cause for a persons demise
