Steel reaching the bone,

An end I never condone,

Though a seed I've sown.

Steel reaching the bone,

Mind racing through memories,

Heart set to explode.

Steel reaching the bone,

Tears of regret descending,

Betrayal dripping.

Awake within dreams,

Subconscious mentality,

Defied conscious mind.
