Bring her around, hard to starboard!

Aye Captain!

A thud, the water splashes on the deck.

That be a close one Mate, I thought we was goners for sure!

Another thud, the ship rocks and bobs as if she were to roll over.

Where are the cannons?

There Captain, on the cliffs above the reef!

You got a good eye mate!

Another thud tosses the ship, and then two more follow.

Come about lads, our cannon won’t reach up there!

Aye Captain, com’in around!

Splat, a direct hit!


Richard Ray, you get out of that tub before you turn into a prune.

OK Mom?

The good ship “Tub-Toy” sinks steadily to the bottom as taps are heard from a finger bugle.
