True Friends?
It’s nice to know who your true friends are,
and who are the ones that are not, by far.
Problem is, how do you tell,
you think you know them pretty well;
but then they turn, hatch a plot,
a part of it, you’re surely not.
Act so friendly, talk so nice,
grip your head inside a vice;
better just to back away,
see the nasty games they play.
Build those walls and shut them out,
safer then, without a doubt.

You never have to worry about this with me--excellent, Hull!
Wed, November 8th, 2017 8:59pmI hate back-stabbers. This poem I can relate to. You think people are your friends but in the end you can count all your true friends on one hand. I would never do that to people, when I'm your friend, I'm your friend until you give me reason not to. Very nice poem Hully.
