I'm not sure what exactly inspired this one, probably a mixture of events in my life. The cycle of pain and misery, because, you know that I'm such an optimistic poet.

When the winter of your life has come
And you feel as though there are none
to help you through your misery, hear the pounding of the drum
inside your ears as you long for that voice
Let it be known, I am here for you
Let it be known, I will be true to you
When the winter of your life has past
And you feel like you're left with nothing
to help you heal, the convalescence at last
Shredding you apart as you see those eyes
Let it be known, I am here for you
Let it be known, I will not disappoint you
When the winter of your life remains
And you feel cheated and betrayed by all
I promise I will not hurt you, and it is I who abstains
from dying, crying when I know that I can't be everything
Let it be known, I would die for you
Let it be known, I would never hurt you
