I was awoken in a fright, from the startling thoughts that creep in at night.
During the day your free to think what you want, its when you go to bed it all starts.
You fall victim to the phobias with no protection or pesticide, what you dream isn’t for you to decide. victim to your own mind.
They start causal and normal thoughts, but that’s not what you mind has sought.
It wants to repay the favor of constant work, so evil things it conjurers up.
They room turns dark and hazy, strobe lights shining. going crazy.
Creatures form the horror movies invade your mental box, sneaking slyly through like a fox.
They approach menacing and towering above you, wondering what will they do,
Its that suspense and unknown fear they thieve off of, closer they near they push and shove.
Your mind screaming to wake up for the horrid dream, assuring yourself its not as it seems.
The creatures are laughing mocking, ignorantly, but there’s one looking down grimly,
Who is that odd one not like the others, dressed in white lacking the dark colors.
It reaches out grasps your hand, cautiously you follow this strange man.
You near a path way and……….
You wake up
