This is not poetry or an article it is just therapy and getting things out there in the open I always feel better when I express how I feel be it on paper or spoken.

Focus & Clarity.

My ablility to focus, over the years hasn't been easy, you get so wrapped up in everyday things you fail to see the true picture in front of you, andplod along oblivious fall steam ahead never really living life the way it is meant to be lived with passion and love for life, and appreciate the simple things.

I know this sounds so corney but it is the little things in life that are the best, without happiness and your health you have nothing, no quality of life and no reason to want to be alive or feel that way, my nan isn't very well at the moment and I question whether or not I have been a good Grandaughter to her, not always understanding and seeing life through her eyes.

My Father and I had a difficault relationship and I am beginning to know that it is me who kept him at arms length there are so many things I didn't see fully and openly I feel a changed person god knows where I have been but I am so thankful I have come back,

If that makes any sense atall the ramblings of a middle aged woman, I feel a sense of freedom I haven't felt in a long time the freewill to say what I want without worrying and smile because I am so happy that I am aware of how lucky I am and to count my blessings I want to live in the moment as much as I possibly can I feel a sense of peace and harmony at this stage in my life, maybe it is because I do not really have to prove myself I am at an age where I have learnt from my mistakes, there is light in my life again after so much negativity and darkness it feels good like the sun on your face, there is so much to look forward to and I intend to make everyday more beautiful than the last.
