This is a poem inspired by how we sometimes see people you have to really look to see them in their true light, you can sometimes be blinded by your perception of how you want them to be.

Rose Tinted Glasses.

Today I saw you for the first time,I took off my glasses

and what did Isee not a pretty picture you showed your true colours to me but

thats ok I still see the gentlemen and the warmth you have inside,

I know you just need to be love I know you are lonely, but you are

loved and needed by all of us, you don't have to be perfect, we all have flaw I just wanted

you to know that you are loved my than you could ever know, I never wanted perfection

everyone looks better by candlelight, and in the shadows but I want the true light to shine upon you

for when you are rested and composed the light of true love will indeed be known.
